Bio/V

Bio/V is the BioInformatics Visualization Lab at Simon Fraser University Surrey. Bio/V is led by Chris Shaw, Ph.D.

The main project at Bio/V is the Helix Visualization and Analysis system. The primary purpose of Helix is to support rapid genomic sequence analysis and visualization.
